European Union 14 day cooling off period
Online purchase: If an item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
At librairie-papeterie Millefeuilles we are at the moment selling only on-premises. Thus, excercising the withdrawl right does not apply. As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from a sale within a period of 14 calendar days from the day the products were delivered, provided that withdrawal is exercised from a distance (via phone or internet) or an off-premises contract. 
 
According to European Consumer Centre Greece: Withdrawal from contracts concluded with the physical presence of consumer and seller in a commercial store is only possible if there can be proof about the seller’s liability for the delivery of goods with serious defects or with lack of agreed properties or if the right to withdrawal had been previously agreed as part of the sale contract.
